1. Who We Are

Protect Our Truckers ("Protect Our Truckers," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand of ANAVAH MANAGERS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We operate protectourtruckers.com and related pages and forms. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you take our quiz, request a quote, book a call, or fill out a Protect Our Truckers form on Facebook or Instagram, we may collect:

Name, phone number, email address, state and ZIP code
Age or date of birth, driver type and years of driving
Who you want to protect, your coverage goals and monthly budget
General health answers you choose to give so an agent can find coverage you may qualify for
Your consent choices (calls and optional texts), with the date, time, page and wording you agreed to

Information collected automatically

Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived (for example the ad or link you clicked)
Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, used to measure our advertising (see Section 7)

3. How We Use Your Information

To answer your request, prepare quotes, and have a licensed Protect Our Truckers agent contact you
To verify your phone number with a one-time code
To schedule calls and send reminders you agreed to receive
To keep records of your consent and honor opt-outs
To measure and improve our website and advertising
To prevent fraud and comply with the law

4. Calls and Your Consent

When you submit a form, you agree to receive calls from ANAVAH MANAGERS, LLC (d/b/a Protect Our Truckers) and its licensed insurance agents at the number you gave us, including calls made with automated technology or an artificial or AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. You can revoke consent at any time by telling the agent on a call, replying STOP to a text, or emailing [email protected]. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

We keep the version of this policy and the consent wording in effect when you submitted your information, together with your consent record.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

Text messages are optional. If you opt in, ANAVAH MANAGERS, LLC (d/b/a Protect Our Truckers) and its licensed insurance agents will send text messages to the mobile number you provide about your quote request, appointment reminders and follow-up. We also text a one-time verification code to confirm the number you enter on our form. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile information is sold or shared with lead generators. We share it only with service providers (such as our SMS carrier) strictly to deliver messages, and they may not use it for their own purposes.

6. When We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not pass your request to other agencies or lead buyers. Your request is handled by Protect Our Truckers and its own licensed agents. We share information only:

With service providers that run our business for us under contract (for example our CRM, phone and SMS providers, website hosting and scheduling tools), only to provide their service to us
With an insurance carrier when you choose to apply for a policy with your agent
With advertising platforms in the limited, privacy-protective way described in Section 7
When required by law, court order or government authority, or to protect rights and safety
With a buyer or successor of our business, under this same policy

7. Advertising and Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which ads lead to quote requests and booked calls. For this purpose we may send Meta event details (for example "submitted a quote request") together with your email address and phone number in hashed (encrypted) form, plus browser identifiers. Your health answers, budget and other application answers are never sent to Meta or any advertising platform.

You can limit this: use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor, or email [email protected]. When you opt out we turn on Meta's Limited Data Use setting for your activity.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep your information as long as needed to answer your request, service any policy you buy, keep required consent and compliance records, and meet legal obligations. We protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email [email protected] or write to us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

10. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will change the Effective Date above and, for material changes, post a notice on this page. The version in effect when you submitted your information continues to apply to that consent.
